Refund Policy If you are not happy with the initial logo design concepts and do not request for a redraw or revisions, we will promptly refund 100% of your money.**
If a concept is selected for revisions and edits have taken place (or not) then we do not offer any refund. Further more once a refund is issued ThinkTank will own all copyrights to the concepts or revisions produced till that time. The client, after having received the refund, can NOT use any of the concepts or designs that are submitted by ThinkTank.
1) If the client has decided to change the name of the company or what it does or simply decides to terminate our services with out giving sufficient notice (at least a week) or reason 2) If several services are purchased together and the client decides to terminate the projects which have not started yet or the client does not give a valid reason for not liking the concepts 3) Even if the client is not 100% happy with the final design, if the client requests for the final files or communicates in any way their intent of completing the project 4) If the company is shut down 5) If the client has decided to change the entire requirement project scope 6) If the client has NOT communicated with us for more than 12 days 7) If the client requests for a fresh set of concepts (redraw) after the initial concepts 8) Refund are not available to design firms or others who order our service on behalf of some one else.
